We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Sales Director for Southeast Asia (SEA) to lead our sales strategy in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive positive net sales in Southeast Asia markets.
- Enhance the Franklin Templeton brand in the institutional market through effective sales and marketing efforts.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- University degree in finance or marketing.
- Relevant MAS licenses.
- At least 13-15 years of experience in sales/business development or investment management roles within fund management firms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of delivering sales results in Southeast Asia.
- Ability to travel frequently.
