As a Senior Team Lead for Advanced Memory Products, you will spearhead a high-performing team to drive manufacturing and activities for the latest memory products.
This role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve device/stacked yield, reduce test time, and resolve yield-related issues.
Additionally, you will promote innovation, drive change, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
">- Develop and implement optimized test coverage strategies for current and future design architectures and process nodes.
- Lead the development, validation, characterization, and qualification of next-generation memory products.
- Support design verification and in-depth circuit analysis using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
- Improve manufacturing test yields, reduce test time, and resolve yield-related issues.
- Promote innovation and drive change to provide a technical advantage over competitors.
- Mentor and develop others to grow the team and organization.
- Develop project management skills to ensure efficient execution of projects.
- Make final decisions on risk analysis and project prioritization.
Additional Responsibilities include leading complex projects requiring multi-disciplinary or area-specific expertise, serving as an organization spokesperson providing expert analysis on project, technical, or innovation issues, coaching and providing career development to grow future leaders in the semiconductor industry, identifying strengths and creating specific development plans to improve skills, and managing technical projects to align product performance and manufacturing flows across memory products.
