Responsibilities

  • Luggage Handling: Assist with luggage handling, including storage, retrieval and transportation.">
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails and completing tasks in a timely manner.">

Requirements

  • Certificate/Diploma: A Professional Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.">
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.">
  • Skillset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.">
  • Language: Fluent in English, with the ability to speak another language an asset.">
