
Guest Services Coordinator

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Coordinator to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing reservations, walk-ins, and event bookings below 40 guests
- Providing knowledge of offers, seating options, and promotions to guests
- Monitoring daily bookings and preparing assigned tables
- Ensuring all requests are properly noted and followed up with
- Showing guests to their assigned tables and providing menu information
- Assisting with front desk duties, including informing guests about ongoing and upcoming events in the area
- Anticipating guest needs and providing personalized services to special guests, such as disabled people, elderly, children, and VIPs
- Maintaining constant awareness of operations and reservations on site
- Handling phone calls, email enquiries, and WhatsApp enquiries in a timely manner
- Updating sales reports and maintaining data accuracy
Requirements:
- Front Office experience
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of restaurants and hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer service experience
