As an Accounts & Admin Executive, you will be responsible for managing and handling all accounting matters, preparing and submitting GST returns, and performing general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and handle all accounting matters, including financial reporting and analysis.
  • Prepare and submit GST returns in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Assist in HR duties, including work pass application and recruitment.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Handle calls and enquiries from clients, suppliers, and authorities.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and authorities to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in a related field, such as accounting or business administration.
  • Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, responsible, proactive, and able to work as a team.
  • Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
