Job Description
The Executive Leader, Sales Compliance will be responsible for planning and implementing the supervisory audit plan, conducting training on supervisory responsibilities, and ensuring adherence to the supervisory requirements stipulated in the company's Training & Competency Manual. This role will also involve working closely with compliance-investigation to identify branches and errant reps with high market misconduct complaints and providing coaching support.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement the supervisory audit plan in collaboration with the Team Lead
- Conduct training on supervisory responsibilities for new supervisors onboarding programme
- Work with recruitment team to identify migrating leaders who are placed under close supervision and provide coaching
- Ensure adherence to the supervisory requirements stipulated in the company's T&C Manual
- Identify branches and errant reps with high market misconduct complaints and provide coaching support
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Diploma or degree with a recognised institute of higher learning
- CMFAS Module 5, 9, 9A and Certificate in Health Insurance
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, training, and competence/compliance audit in the financial services industry
- Familiarity with life insurance sales advisory process and industry regulations and guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
