
Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as an Office Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with accounting duties in a fast-paced environment.
- The successful candidate will answer inquiries, manage course sign-ups, track attendance, and maintain accurate student records.
- They will also assist with billing, sales tracking, and issuing refunds for daily operations.
- In addition, they will oversee daily office needs, manage inventory, and ensure supplies are available as needed.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum GCE O level/NITEC certification and at least one year of experience in an administrative role.
- To provide exceptional customer service and support to students, parents, and staff.
- To manage administrative tasks, including course sign-ups, attendance tracking, and record-keeping.
- To assist with accounting duties, including billing, sales tracking, and refund processing.
- To oversee daily office needs, manage inventory, and ensure supplies are available as needed.
- To collaborate with team members to organize events and activities.
