Job Title: Office Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Office Support Specialist. As an integral part of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to senior management and other staff members.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing paperwork.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain an organized filing system and ensure that all documents are accurately labeled and stored.
- Order office supplies and equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative duties.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
