Job Title: Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous individual to join our team as an Office Support Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies and stationery, ensuring adequate stock levels. This includes sourcing, price comparison, negotiation, and coordination of services related to office supplies, equipment, servicing, repairs and maintenance.

Liaising with external vendors for office-related services and maintenance such as equipment servicing, repairs, delivery is also a key aspect of the role.

Additionally, the Office Support Specialist will ensure smooth daily office operations including courier arrangements, cleanliness, and facility needs. This involves assisting with filing, scanning, and document organisation (HR and non-confidential accounting documents).

Accurate data entry and general administrative support as required are also part of the job.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, initiative, and a good working attitude. They should also have proficiency in Ms Office (Ms Words, Excel) and at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.

Skill requirements include negotiation, administration, MS Office, vendor management, accounting, accurate data entry, administrative support, Excel, human resources, and sourcing.
