As a skilled performance expert, you will be responsible for enhancing the scalability and efficiency of our cloud-based database system. Your expertise in optimizing complex systems will enable us to deliver high-performance analytical reports in real-time, making our platform a leader in the OLAP space.

  • You will work closely with our development team to implement cutting-edge technology and best practices, ensuring our system remains ahead of the competition.
  • Your strong background in distributed databases, benchmarking, and test automation will help identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, allowing us to scale our infrastructure efficiently.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience.

About You

  • You have 6+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of building and operating scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in Go, C/C++, Java, or similar languages is essential, along with experience in concurrency, multithreading, and cloud infrastructure services.
  • You are an excellent communicator, able to work effectively within a team and across departments, driving collaboration and innovation.
