Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop end-to-end sourcing strategies for all open job positions, utilizing a range of sources, including online platforms, referrals, and on-site outreach.
  • Screen, filter, and shortlist candidates, as well as manage interview schedules to ensure timely hiring decisions.
  • Source and interview candidates, presenting qualified individuals to hiring managers for further evaluation.
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations to department heads on hiring needs, market conditions, and expectations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate credentials and information within our HR system.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruption to business operations.
  • E nsure compliance with local employment regulations and MOM rules, guaranteeing that all HR practices and candidate sourcing procedures meet the highest standards.
  • Pursue regional HR projects and initiatives when necessary, driving innovation and excellence across the organization.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably focusing on technology roles.
  • Candidates with immediate availability or those who can start shortly will be given preference.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is SGD 60,000 - SGD 80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is subject to change based on individual performance and market conditions.
