We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Strategist to spearhead our global recruitment efforts at ECON HEALTHCARE (ASIA) LIMITED.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional in talent acquisition to lead and mentor a high-performing team in driving employer branding initiatives, developing innovative recruitment strategies, and overseeing the entire recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise to design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition plans that align with our organisation's goals and workforce planning needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various levels to identify current and future staffing requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for recruitment campaigns, including social media, websites, and job descriptions.
Talent Attraction Strategies
  • Promote Econ Healthcare as an employer of choice through strategic employer branding initiatives, career fairs, talks, and other promotional events.
  • Plan and coordinate participation in local and overseas job fairs and industry events to attract top talent.
  • Organise and conduct career talks at educational institutions to build relationships and establish a talent pipeline.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in Talent Acquisition with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
