Payroll Specialist Opportunity

This role focuses on leading the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and systems.

  • Manage the entire payroll lifecycle, from employee onboarding to payment processing and reporting.
  • Validate payroll inputs and outputs to ensure correctness and adherence to local legislation.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for payroll processes, ensuring all activities are performed in accordance with HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide timely and accurate support to employees, addressing moderately complex payroll inquiries.
  • Conduct audits and provide supporting documentation to internal and external auditors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize payroll processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local legislation and regulatory changes affecting payroll operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll analysis and end-to-end payroll process management.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems, such as Workday or ProSoft.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
