Job Summary

Payroll Management Professional

This role involves the management of end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll processing from start to finish, guaranteeing precision and meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll runs for monthly and bi-monthly cycles, maintaining data integrity throughout the process.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of time sheets, payment records, and payroll data to ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve complex payroll discrepancies promptly, coordinating with relevant parties as needed.
  • Oversee CPF submissions and filings, guaranteeing full compliance with regulations through the IRAS and CPF Board portals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on payroll inquiries, providing clear and professional responses.
  • Lead and support payroll-related projects and initiatives aimed at process enhancements, automation, and improved accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and IT teams to maintain payroll data integrity and ensure seamless integration with HR systems.
  • Prepare regular management reports and audit documentation related to payroll activities.
  • Stay updated on payroll regulations, statutory changes, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in payroll administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Desired Skills
  • Technical skills including familiarity with local employment legislation, CPF, IRAS submissions, and payroll best practices.
  • Experience with payroll software, preferably SAP/SuccessFactors.
  • Knowledge of using RPA tools.
