Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled payroll professional to join our team. As a payroll administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.
This role involves managing end-to-end payroll operations, including processing employee timesheets, allowances, and deductions. You will also be responsible for calculating and preparing monthly payroll reports, as well as handling payroll queries from employees.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will maintain accurate payroll records and documentation, coordinate with relevant departments to obtain necessary payroll information, and stay up-to-date on payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of payroll regulations and processes, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also have experience using payroll software and MS Office applications.
