Job Title: Hiring for Payroll Professional

Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Payroll Professional where you will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of payroll processing, including income tax filing, IR21 clearance, CPF submission, statutory claims, and payroll audits.

As a Payroll Professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate monthly payroll processing, compliance with statutory requirements, and resolving any payroll discrepancies. You will also assist in payroll projection during budget exercises and work closely with the Finance team to reconcile monthly payroll reports and budget variance reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll matters for full-time, part-time, and casual labour employees, including payroll reconciliation and tax documents.
  • Ensure accurate payment of hours, including overtime, and verify time attendance and roster records.
  • Process leave and claims, such as Maternity Leave, Childcare leave, Medical Leave, Annual Leave, ICT leave, etc.
  • Prepare monthly payroll-related reports and resolve any payroll discrepancies.
  • Assist HR Manager in payroll projection during budget exercises and salary review exercises.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to reconcile monthly payroll reports and budget variance reports.
  • Support payroll audit from external auditors.
  • Handle employees' payroll-related enquiries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holder with at least 1-year related HR experience.
  • Working knowledge with infoTech/iRep system is an advantage.
  • Familiar with Employment Act is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiar with the security industry will be an advantage.
  • Meticulous with an eye for details.
  • Able to cope in a fast-moving environment and work independently.
