Payroll Expert

  • We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to oversee payroll processes across APAC, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled payroll analyst to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing their expertise to streamline payroll operations, manage vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations for assigned APAC countries, validating inputs and ensuring timely processing in compliance with statutory and internal requirements.
  • Evaluate and prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports and reconciliations, assisting with audits and statutory filings.
  • Collaborate closely with local payroll vendors to ensure quality service delivery, acting as the point of contact between external vendors, Finance, and HR teams regarding payroll matters.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Proven Payroll experience with multi-country exposure in the APAC region, preferably with knowledge of local payroll legislation, tax, and statutory requirements in at least 2–3 APAC countries.
  • Experience working with outsourced payroll providers and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, commitment to confidentiality, and excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in any local ASEAN language is a plus.
