Payroll Professional

As a payroll professional, you will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end payroll process for employees. This includes ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee timesheets, allowances, and deductions.
You will also calculate and process monthly payroll, prepare payroll reports for management review, and handle payroll queries from employees.
In addition, you will maintain accurate payroll records and documentation, coordinate with relevant departments to obtain necessary payroll information, and stay updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
Furthermore, you will assist in other HR administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field is highly desirable.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and processes is essential.
- Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Office applications is required.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are necessary.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion is essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
