Semiconductor Fabrication Operations Specialist

As a skilled Wet Equipment Technician, you will be part of a diverse team working to deliver high-quality semiconductor fabrication solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting engineers in improving and sustaining equipment performance indices to meet operations goals.
- Performing shift duties, including 12-hour rotating shifts, to support production in the Module.
- Carrying out preventive maintenance as per schedule and specifications.
- Maintaining good housekeeping in production floor and maintenance support areas.
- Ensuring good safety practices and safe custody of tools, equipment, and other properties.
- Participating in quality improvement programs to enhance productivity and output quality.
- A degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics / Chemical Process Technology.
- 2-5 years' working experience in electrical/electronics industry or equivalent experience in manufacturing environment.
- Fresh diploma holders are also considered.
- Able to perform 12-hour rotating shifts.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
