Job Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As an Assistant Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our Engineering efforts in technical tasks and projects at semiconductor fabrication facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager on engineering initiatives, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Provide on-site support for equipment start-ups, mechanical parts installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
  • Compile and maintain accurate records of engineering documents, including installation reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workshop housekeeping.
  • Facilitate Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs) that enhance customer value.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high equipment uptime, supporting operations effectively.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience working in front-end semiconductor fab environments.
  • Diploma or ITE qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
