Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Diffusion CMP Process Department as a Process Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication, process control, and equipment expertise.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing plans and strategies to meet manufacturing performance indices, ensuring smooth operation of manufacturing through robust processes, forecasting and budgeting for test wafers and process-related expenditures, and implementing work improvement methods to reduce defect density and costs.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • MSc/ Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
  • 6-5 years semiconductor wafer fab operational experience with technical expertise in Diffusion/CMP Process experiences
  • Expert semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment/process knowledge
  • Experienced in process control in oxide CMP process

Candidates should also possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
