Process and Equipment Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Process and Equipment Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in semiconductor frontend fabrication and memory industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and improving process conditions, upgrading process capability, and reducing production costs. They will also establish and modify process management projects, set up process parameters, evaluate and promote new equipment and materials, and analyze data to identify and resolve process issues.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of engineering statistical data analysis, Design of Experiment, and Statistical Process Control (SPC). You will also need to possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Min Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or equivalent.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a drive for finding effective solutions.
  • Passion and interest in semiconductor frontend fabrication and memory industry.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
  • Strong personal initiative and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
