Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our organization in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and developing new suppliers for fabrication and structural components in the semiconductor and automation equipment industries.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Mechatronics, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in procurement within the semiconductor equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing periodic cost reduction programs for existing and new suppliers;
  • Assessing supplier performance, capacity, and capabilities, and creating strategies to meet current and future growth requirements;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure supplier alignment with quality, delivery, and cost objectives;
  • Sharing expertise and best practices to build the competency and strength of procurement and engineering teams;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exposure to ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office applications;
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings;
