We are seeking a highly skilled Wafer Fabrication Expert to join our team. As a Process Integration Engineer, you will play a vital role in maintaining customer production by ensuring stable wafer quality and on-time wafer delivery through process integration and daily management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement processes to introduce customer's new products to our fabrication facility, ensuring pilot success.
  • Collaborate with module engineers to improve new product yield and ensure mass production is inline with expectations.
  • Define standard operating procedures for daily tasks and ensure compliance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Material Science.
  • Specialization in wafer chip or related semiconductor course.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Preferably with semiconductor device process engineer background and foundry experience.
