Etching Department Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Etching Department Team Member to join our team.

Job Description
  • Perform shift duties to support the running of production, ensuring equipment readiness and worthiness for production when requested.
  • Conduct scheduled equipment preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, and troubleshoot equipment-related problems on a timely basis to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Install and hook up new equipment, conduct tasks with zero error, and establish work procedures, corrective actions, and preventions.
  • Oversee the preparation of consumables/preventive maintenance parts to ensure adequate provision.
  • Participate in continuous improvement programs to improve productivity and output quality of the module, constantly monitoring and providing feedback to the team to improve performance of equipment to meet module objectives.
  • Assist in implementing and managing process improvement projects, ensuring good housekeeping and safety practices in the Fab.
  • Safeguard tools, equipment, and other properties belonging to the module.
  • Initiate, organize, develop, and lead task-force for short-term problem-solving and long-term continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical/Microelectronics or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years semiconductor wafer fab experience as an Equipment Engineer.
  • Engineering knowledge, including semiconductor devices theory, electronics, electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic control systems, digital principles, wafer fabrication processes, pump and vacuum systems, and electrical wiring systems.
  • Familiarity with AMAT Centura Etch/AMAT Centura HDP CVD.
  • Good team player, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fresh graduates with semiconductor wafer fab internship experience are also welcomed to apply.
