Job Title: Field Service Professional

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining Wafer Fab Cleanroom machines on site.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform Wafer Fab Cleanroom machine installation, repairing, servicing, and maintenance on site.
• Coordinate and complete all jobs within the allocated time frame.
• Ensure all works are performed in accordance with specified standards and qualities.
• Provide timely, professional, and accurate information to customers' technical service inquiries at all times.
• Liaise with principals on unresolved technical problems and ensure proper records are maintained.
• Collect and compile data on site.
• Perform stand-by duty, work overtime, and shift as required.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and great communication skills.

Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in Wafer Fab Machine Installation.
• Good and positive working behavior.
• Willingness to work in the North side region.
