We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer/Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate production activities to meet daily and monthly manufacturing goals in a safe and healthy working environment.

  • Coordinate production activities to optimize manpower, material, and machine utilization.
  • Develop and implement plans to streamline Work-In-Progress (WIP) movement for maximum throughput and minimum idle time.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to address areas requiring attention and resolve line-related issues.
  • Train and mentor Manufacturing Leaders and Assistants to enhance skills for efficient operations.
  • Implement improvement programs in manufacturing operations and facilitate quality, productivity, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure safety compliance and proper documentation of processes.

We are looking for a motivated individual with strong leadership qualities and analytical skills who is passionate about wafer fabrication manufacturing.

About You:

  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Preferably 1-3 years relevant wafer fab manufacturing experience.
  • Candidates with no experience will be considered for junior roles, with training provided.
  • Interest in Wafer Fabrication Manufacturing.
  • Possess leadership quality.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good analytical and planning skills.
