Wafer Fabrication Specialist Opportunity

Are you intrigued by the rapid advancement of technology that enables mass production on a single silicon chip? Are you driven to become an expert in wafer fabrication?

We are expanding our production capacity and building a cutting-edge 22-nanometer production line. We are seeking a Wafer Fabrication Specialist to maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring stable wafer quality and timely delivery through process integration and daily management.

This role offers excellent opportunities for growth and development. As a Wafer Fabrication Specialist, you will introduce new products to the fabrication plant and support customers' tape-out procedures to ensure successful pilot runs.

You will also improve new product yields and ensure mass production stability. Additionally, you will define standard operating procedures for daily tasks and collaborate with module engineers to resolve production-related issues and develop customized processes to meet customer requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics. They should have good communication skills, time management skills, and a strong sense of commitment. A minimum of six years of experience in semiconductor foundry process engineering or process integration, with three years of experience in 22/28 nanometer technology, is required.

A strong ability to coordinate cross-functional tasks and drive related parties to achieve project goals on time is essential. Experience with 22/28 nanometer tape-out and NTO pilot projects is highly valued.
