Security Solutions Expert

">Job Overview

The Cyber Security Team Lead will provide comprehensive security support services for the Air Traffic Flow Management environment. This encompasses leveraging key security technologies, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, threat monitoring, and incident response in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 24/7 standby support through rotational shifts or on-call arrangements to ensure continuous security monitoring and incident response.
  • Oversight, reporting, and escalation of management working closely with the Service Delivery Manager and Network Operations manager.
  • Ensure technical skill requirements including hands-on experience and certifications in Splunk, CyberArk, Trellix, and Carbon Black.
  • Team must possess familiarity with ICA cybersecurity practices, compliance frameworks, and VAPT processes.
  • Implement Service Level Agreement including 24/7 standby with escalation procedure, 30-minute response time, and resolution time based on client subscription.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of security principles, threat analysis, and incident response. Required skills include:

  • Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies such as Splunk, CyberArk, Trellix, and Carbon Black.
  • Strong understanding of ICA cybersecurity practices, compliance frameworks, and VAPT processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think critically and analytically with sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and emerging threats.
