We are seeking a Technical Consultant to provide expert technical support and solutions.
About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical proposals to meet client requirements.
- Deliver Proof-of-Concept (POC) demonstrations to showcase our solutions.
- Lead solution presentations to educate clients about our offerings.
- Facilitate technical workshops to enhance client understanding.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
- A strong background in Palo Alto security products.
- A relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- An in-depth understanding of security architecture, OSI and TCP/IP models, network protocols, and security principles.
- Proficiency in security technologies such as firewalls and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS).
- Over 2 years of technical experience in the IT security domain.
