Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Expert to join our team. As a Technical Expert, you will be responsible for providing technical support and product guidance to our Regional and local Sales Offices.

  • You will work closely with Product Management to ensure seamless customer experience and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical subject matter expert (SME) for assigned product range.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Deliver technical training and product workshops to enhance knowledge and competencies of staff and clients.
  • Partner with Product Management to provide feedback for product development and enhancement in the regional market.
  • Support local Product Managers in designing and reviewing customer-specific solutions for tender submissions and large-scale projects.
  • Maintain technical documentation and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing across teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Engineering, IT, or technical discipline.
  • Proven experience in a technical support or technical consulting role.
  • Strong understanding of market landscape, competitor products, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
