We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant cum Accounts to join our team at ANRADUS PTE. LTD.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to our management team. This includes maintaining accurate records, handling incoming calls and emails, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the management team with administrative and accounting tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as printing and filing documents, and matching purchase orders with supplier invoices.
- Support the accounting team with tasks such as reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Other administrative and accounting duties as assigned by the superior.
- Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification.
- Competent in MS Office, with excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
- Administrative and accounting experience is an added advantage.
