Job Responsibilities

The Sales Admin Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team. Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • NITEC / 'N' Levels certificate or higher.
  • 1 year of relevant experience preferred; candidates without experience may be considered.
  • Fluent written and spoken language skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required for communication with Mandarin-speaking associates.
  • Basic to intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel applications and email writing.
