The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure smooth operations. This includes coordinating with internal departments to deliver products/services to clients in a timely manner.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team with order processing, including preparing sales orders and invoices.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
  • Organize promotional events and trade shows to showcase our interior design services.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Provide general support to the sales team to help achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee daily administrative functions to ensure seamless operations.

Working Conditions: The role requires working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm at our office located near Tai Seng MRT station. A positive and teamwork culture is highly valued in our organization.
