- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the programme website and related materials.
- Provide advisory support to students throughout their exchange journey.
- Serve as liaison officer for incoming exchange students ensuring smooth onboarding and integration.

Role OverviewThe Senior Executive / Assistant Manager will play a key role in managing Student Exchange Programmes (SEP) and other overseas learning initiatives under the Undergraduate Studies Office.
This requires strong coordination across internal and external stakeholders, and a proactive approach in enhancing programme administration and student experience.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of end-to-end SEP administration including application processing and online nomination of students.
- Maintenance of programme website and related materials.
- Advisory support to students throughout their exchange journey.
- Liaison officer for incoming exchange students.
