GEP will train and enable overseas entrepreneurial talents to establish innovative businesses globally. By nurturing this next generation of founders and CEOs, GEP aspires to cultivate a vibrant global network of NTU-affiliated entrepreneurs and establish NTU's entrepreneurial ecosystem presence on a global scale.

The Senior Assistant Manager, Global Entrepreneurship Programme will play a vital role in supporting Senior Assistant Director, Global Entrepreneurship Programme to oversee the development, implementation and management of the new programme, including but not limited to strategic planning, curriculum development, recruitment of talented entrepreneurial participants, supporting startups and stakeholder engagement in Singapore and overseas.

Responsibilities

Programme Development and Execution
- Coordinate various aspects of programme delivery, including scheduling, resource allocation and team coordination.
- Build and manage the pool of venture builders and mentors (in-house and part-time) and consolidate teaching materials from venture builders/instructors in line with the curriculum design.

Budgeting and Financial Management
- Develop, monitor, and manage the programme budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective practices.
- Track expenditures, forecast future financial needs, and report on financial performance

Recruitment and Support of Entrepreneurial Talents
- Coordinate a recruitment panel to review and choose course participants
- Facilitate access to resources, networks, and funding opportunities for GEP participants.

Marketing and Outreach
- Establish, manage the networks and provide resources that will enable GEP participants to successfully translate, integrate or assimilate know-how or technology into scalable businesses.
- Organise events, workshops and other networking events to engage stakeholders, foster collaboration and showcase the achievements of GEP startups.
- Deepen relationships and align stakeholders’ interests in I&E to maximize the benefits to the University and the ecosystem.

Programme Evaluation and Impact Assessment
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess the progress of participating startups and the overall success of the programme, as well as identify areas for improvement/ optimisation in programme delivery and impact.
- Implement improvements and innovative approaches to keep the curriculum current and relevant,
- Stay updated on entrepreneurship trends, methodologies, and technologies to incorporate into the programme

Any other ad-hoc initiatives and projects undertaken by the Office.

Requirements

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related filed
- 5+ years of experience in entrepreneurship education, project/programme management, or related areas
- Proven ability to design and execute training programmes, with a focus on experiential and practical learning.
- Passionate about fostering entrepreneurial spirit and supporting aspiring entrepreneurs.

Skills & Competencies
- Demonstrated cross-cultural competencies and proficiency in both English and Chinese languages.
- Proficiency in programme management, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and monitoring and evaluation.
