ACE is seeking a **Global Academy Programme Manager **to promote ACE as a leader in Innovation & Entrepreneurship education and training. The Academy Programme Manager will manage our educational arm known as ACE Academy, which offers tailored courses specially for ACE’s startups, universities, corporate partners, and all enthusiasts passionate about Innovation & Entrepreneurship. The Academy Programme manager will be involved in the academic curriculum, industry partnerships and client program delivery to meet these target needs. The Academy Programme Manager will also spearhead local IHL and research institute engagements and create Innovation & Entrepreneurship-related content for internal stakeholders and external academic parties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent ACE Academy to conduct training courses for the different target segments, and the global markets to establish ACE’s branding
- Develop go-to-market strategies that will effectively position ACE Academy in new markets
- Create and expand ACE Academy training materials around Innovation & Entrepreneurship
- Manage training modules on ACE products and projects, ranging from material preparation to training sessions with clients
- Coordinate program delivery, including resource allocation, provide teaching support and manage training success and feedback
- Develop and manage strong relationships with local Institutes of Higher Learning, Research Institutes and leading academics in the field of deep technology.
- Build up a network of contacts within the academic and corporate sectors to drive deeper partnerships in training and research
- Lead ACE Academy in strategic positioning to drive relevant training and research to address industry needs and changing global market trends
- Increase public and industry awareness of ACE Academy (locally and globally) through active market outreach and branding strategies to different target segments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that will drive awareness and engagement in new markets

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years experience in program management and training, preferably in education industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience in higher education teaching or similar track record
- Proven ability in content development or learning design frameworks
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in the English language. Ability in other languages would be a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed
