Summary
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and programme management for five major initiatives focused on leadership, innovation, and global citizenship.- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to co-design and co-deliver programmes.- Mentor and supervise student leaders and organising committees, fostering student ownership and growth.- Oversee the implementation of selection processes, programme structures, learning outcomes, and assessment frameworks.- Manage programme budgets, resources, timelines, and risk mitigation to ensure operational success.- Plan and execute high-profile events, including symposiums, industry networking sessions, and ambassadorial engagements.- Monitor programme effectiveness through student feedback, impact metrics, and continuous improvement cycles.- Champion innovation in student-driven learning initiatives, including the launch and scaling of pilot ideas.
Job Requirements- A Bachelor’s university degree in any discipline.- A Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification is preferred.- Deep understanding of student development, experiential learning, and co-curricular programme design.- Familiarity with academic systems and cross-sector partnerships in higher education.- Knowledge of career readiness, leadership development, global affairs, and venture creation is advantageous.- At least 10 years of experience in higher education, programme management, student affairs, or a related field.- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects and working with students, faculty, and external stakeholders.- Experience in mentoring student leaders and managing complex, multi-partner initiatives.- Strong strategic thinking, programme design, and project management capabilities.- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.- Effective leadership and team management experience.-
