We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Piano Centre Receptionist.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling all incoming calls and enquiries, and providing administrative support to the Centre Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to all incoming telephone calls and queries in a professional manner
- Enrol new students into our music program and coordinate teacher schedules as needed
- Support the Centre Manager in managing daily operations and providing administrative assistance
- Maintain the Centre's common areas in a clean and organized state
- Process petty cash transactions and submit records on a monthly basis
- Collect assessment fees and term fees from students and issue receipts accordingly
- Receive and process applications for assessments or term fees
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma or certification in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, customer service)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- BASIC knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
