Job Overview:
">This position involves providing technical consultancy advice on system configuration and overall design. You will implement system infrastructure expansion designs, configure monitor system performance, assist clients with verifying and resolving system incidents/problems, and escalate unsolvable issues to senior engineers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Min. Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent">
- Min. 2-4 years working experience as a System engineer in operations environment">
- Good grasp of technical skills (System) and infra system design">
- Keen sense of urgency for service performance issues">
- Able to handle demanding service response and recovery turnaround">
- Able to manage daily support tasks to meet stringent SLA requirements">
- Past working experience in Cloud environment is an advantage">
- ITIL certification will be an added advantage">
- Good knowledge of Windows Server OS 2019, Active Directory/DNS, HYPER-V and/or VMWARE ESXi is an added bonus">
