Overview

Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of service to guests in the Club Lounge, including:

  • Creating positive and memorable experiences for guests through attentive and courteous service
  • Collaborating closely with the Assistant Manager to ensure efficient and effective services are provided to guests
  • Responding promptly and tactfully to guest complaints, requests, and enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate knowledge of guests' arrivals, events, amenities, and general information
  • Communicating effectively with Concierge, Reception, Bell Counter, and Front Office Cashier regarding guest arrivals and departures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum completion of PSLE or its equivalent
  • The ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
  • A positive attitude with an outgoing personality and good communication skills
