Job Description:

As a seasoned technical professional, you will be responsible for the installation, diagnosis, and maintenance of advanced packaging equipment. This includes on-site equipment setup, troubleshooting, service, and repair. You will also lead continual improvement programs, upgrades, preventive maintenance, overhaul, modifications, and repair works.

Key responsibilities include liaising with customers on technical matters, responding to complaints, and providing timely solutions to resolve customer issues. You will also monitor and report product performance, provide regular updates, and feedback on customer service requests.

In addition, you will support in-house applications development, customer sample evaluation, and on-site benchmarking exercises. Your expertise will enable you to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating high motivation and a meticulous approach to tasks.
