Trade Marketing Professional - Key Account Management

Seeking a seasoned Trade Marketing professional with proven expertise in key account management to spearhead our brand's expansion into the food manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth, leveraging data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute collaborative trade marketing plans with cross-functional teams, driving business growth through effective partnership building.
  • Build strong relationships with key retailers and distributors, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships that drive sales growth and brand visibility.
  • Design and implement impactful in-store promotions, displays, and other marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Coordinate and participate in trade shows, product launches, and other events to promote the brand, showcase products, and generate leads.
  • Prepare comprehensive business proposals, presentations, and reports on trade marketing activities and performance, presenting findings to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, including sales, marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution and order fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in trade marketing or FMCG industry, with a strong track record of success in key account management and team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools, office software, and data analytics platforms.
  • Experience in project management is highly advantageous, as is a keen eye for detail and ability to work under pressure.
