Senior Commercial Contracts Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of our projects. This role requires a strong understanding of contract law and standard forms of contracts, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Commercial risk management: Oversee commercial and contractual risk, employing mitigation actions as needed.
- Contract review: Review external providers' terms of service and project deliverables.
- Contract advisory: Provide contractual advisory from a commercial perspective throughout project stages.
- Collaboration with Quantity Surveyors: Support Quantity Surveyor team in monitoring, reporting, planning, and coordinating work.
- Process improvement: Proactively improve and review processes, systems, and policies supporting contract management and administration.
- Communication: Advise on contractual correspondence, considering commercial impact.
- Risk assessment: Identify, assess, and manage contractual risk.
- Claims management: Manage contractual claims, disputes, settlements, and resolution.
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Engineering (M&E Trade) or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in contract negotiation, administration, and/or management.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and keen interest in a high growth environment.
