Job Title: Senior Commercial Contract Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Contract Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract administration, negotiation, and dispute resolution.

  • The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • They will be responsible for reviewing and drafting contracts, negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Able to work independently, as well as part of a team, the successful candidate will be able to identify and mitigate contractual risks, and provide strategic advice to project teams.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building/Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in contract/commercial duties, with a minimum of 5 years in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects, identifying and mitigating risks, and providing effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
