Senior Commercial Contract Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Contract Manager to join our global legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and Reviewing Contracts:
- Develop and manage bilingual (Chinese-English) commercial contracts for multinational enterprises.
- Collaborate with external law firms, secretarial services, and consulting partners to ensure contract compliance.
- Contract Management:
- Support overseas company incorporation, director/officer changes, regulatory filings, and special projects.
- Conduct legal research and draft compliance policies for cross-border transactions.
- Communication and Teamwork:
- Translate legal documents and support cross-border meetings.
- Communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Commercial Law Expertise:
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts in both Chinese and English.
- Solid knowledge of contract law, corporate law, foreign investment law, and commercial regulations.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
