Job Title: Commercial Contract Specialist
  • We are seeking a highly skilled commercial contract specialist to join our team.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze cost estimates, oversee contract execution and provide expert advice on contractual issues.
  • Handle tender submissions, contract variations and progress billing.
  • Organize and compile all contractual documents, timelines, cost estimation, technical specifications, quantity schedules and other bidding components.
  • Manage resolution of disputes across various projects, from initial tendering through to final completion.
  • Develop pricing strategies and submit competitive tenders.
  • Monitor and manage project finances to ensure financial control throughout the lifecycle.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the construction sector.
  • Strong analytical skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Well-versed in procurement strategies and planning.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships.
