The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent writing skills, and exceptional organisational abilities. A degree in a relevant field, preferably Accountancy or Business, is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have at least 2 years of managerial experience, with a proven track record in governance and member engagement.

  • Plan and execute member engagement and recognition events.
  • Manage communication and logistics for events.
  • Develop strategies to encourage membership renewal and retention.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting reporting and data analytics on member data, monitoring departmental budgets, and liaising with Finance and auditors for financial reporting and compliance.
