About the Role

A mechanical engineer with a minimum diploma or degree in engineering or building/real estate/facilities management is required to oversee building facilities and services for efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and supervise all facilities maintenance related work services.
  • Manage building/facilities/M&E works and services for effective and efficient operations facility performance.
  • Coordinate and supervise the M&E installation and maintenance work if needed.
  • Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and the facilities team to resolve any technical issues.
  • Assist in planning, controlling, and coordinating mechanical, electrical works.
  • Schedule, monitor, and supervise the progress of works.
  • Prepare and follow-up closely on client inquiries and quotations.
  • Follow company internal work processes and documentation.
  • Build and maintain good client relationships and uphold high-quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum diploma or degree in engineering or building/real estate/facilities management or any related qualifications.
  • Facilities maintenance operations background with at least 5 years of experience will be an added advantage.
