**Job Title: BIM Coordinator**

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery group, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our building information modeling projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing and maintaining the integrity of our building information models, preparing and amending schematic, detailed and production drawings to ensure they meet our project requirements.

You will work closely with clients, authorities, consultants and subcontractors to ensure smooth coordination throughout the project. This will involve attending technical, design and consultant meetings to understand the latest onsite requirements and ensuring our drawings and designs are up-to-date.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to lead and mentor junior CAD/BIM colleagues and provide guidance on best practices and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of building information modeling and related technologies such as AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks. You will also need to be proficient in basic technical calculations and able to compute them accurately.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A diploma or degree in engineering or equivalent;
  • At least 3 years of related working experience;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks.
